Peak Utility Services Group is seeking a Design Specialist I to support design operations providing gas and electric service designs for new residential developments. The role involves sizing, pricing, and creating quotes for service laterals, while interpreting drawings and maps and coordinating with builders and field crews.

Qualifications include two years of customer service experience, familiarity with GIS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience interpreting drawings, diagrams, and maps is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide sizing and pricing for Natural Gas and Electric Service Laterals for residential customers.
• Interpret and analyze drawings, diagrams, and maps.
• Obtain service requests from builders using GIS program.
• Make calculations to determine meter size and type for installation.
• Assign install attributes for field crews.
• Create quote letters using standard formats.
• Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing data.
• Serve as primary contact for builders and liaison between builders and operating company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
