Job summary

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning in Canandaigua, NY is seeking an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Service Technician to install, service, and repair heating and cooling systems at residential properties. The role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow with a nationally connected contractor.

You will work with homeowners, maintain safety standards, document work, and contribute to timely service visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license / clean driving record.
• Experience and/or coursework in HVAC preferred.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
• Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
• Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $18.50-22.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
