Job summary

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installer to join the Canandaigua, NY team. The role focuses on learning and growing skills to become proficient in residential installation, with on-site duties and safety practices.

Base pay starts at $18.50–$22.00 per hour, plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, paid time off, holidays, and growth opportunities within a large HVAC contractor network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• OSHA 10-hour certificate and/or EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Education/coursework in HVAC preferred

Responsibilities

• Install furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, fireplaces, AC units for residential clients.
• Educate homeowners and address HVAC concerns.
• Ensure installed equipment is clean and safe upon departure.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Education

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installer to join their Canandaigua, NY team. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Installer.

The starting base range for this position is $18.50 to $22.00/hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
