Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system hiring for a part-time Adult Residential Services role in Columbia, TN. You will supervise residents, monitor rule compliance, and assist with self-medication procedures, documentation, and referrals.

Formación

• Experience with mental health treatment.
• Experience with residential services preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted state driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and monitor residents’ compliance with program rules and behavioral expectations.
• Review referral information to determine admission eligibility and continued stay for Supported Housing and Crisis Respite.
• Supervise self-medication procedures and document in residents’ charts.
• Plan and supervise psycho-educational activities and outings; provide van transportation.
• Attend staff meetings and document progress notes after shifts; perform room inspections for cleanliness and hygiene.
