Responsibilities

• Supports PI portfolios across pre-award, post-award, compliance, financial management, reporting, operations, and event logistics.
• Assists with proposal development, site visits logistics, and pre-award submissions.
• Processes routine accounting transactions and maintains organized financial records.
• Provides logistical support for PI travel and payroll distribution changes.
• Assists with room scheduling, office supplies, and calendar management.
