Job summary

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organization to identify a Research Associate for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. This entry-level position is a 1-year contract with potential extension and pays $21–$23 per hour.

You will conduct lab experiments, design and interpret studies, prepare technical reports, and present results to cross-functional teams, while adhering to GMP/GLP and Design Control processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant post-college experience.
• Hands-on laboratory experience in research, development, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP or Design Control is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments to support research, development, and manufacturing projects.
• Design, execute, and interpret experiments using sound scientific and technical judgment.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
• Present and discuss experimental results with department and project teams.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant scientific literature and contribute to scientific and technical discussions.
• Follow GMP, GLP, Design Control, and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic files.
• Independently conduct experiments and support project objectives as assigned.
