Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED required.
• One-year practical industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• DOT Medical Card and CDL preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Identifies operational issues on construction and support equipment according to provided checklists.
• Performs basic preventive maintenance and lubrication on mobile and Allied Equipment.
• Safely performs machine condition inspections and general fleet maintenance.
• Develops basic troubleshooting skills on various engine and equipment systems under supervision.
• Performs experience level appropriate tasks independently, including inspections and minor troubleshooting.
• Identifies engine components and operation.
• Understands undercarriage component operation and identifies issues.
• Exhibits basic understanding of mobile equipment and powertrain components.
• Ability to independently perform basic hydraulic systems maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and service HVAC systems to include evacuating, recharging, and replacing components when required.
