Green Home Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Remediation Technician for hands-on mold remediation, cleaning, containment, demolition, and indoor environmental work. This is a physically demanding job with a two-week onboarding and training program and paths to advancement to Remediation Technician and Senior Remediation Technician roles.

Ideal candidates are reliable, teachable, and willing to work hard, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear full PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mold remediation and indoor environmental cleaning projects
• Set up containment and protect customer homes
• Perform physical labor, cleaning, trash out, HEPA vacuuming, and damp wiping
• Help with controlled demolition when needed
• Load, unload, clean, and organize tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Wear required PPE, including respirators or full-face masks, coveralls, and gloves
• Follow directions from lead technicians and management
• Communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers
• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or jobsite problems

Green Home Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Remediation Technician for hands-on mold remediation, cleaning, containment, demolition, and indoor environmental work. This is a physically demanding job and an opportunity to learn a trade, grow with a company, and build a long-term career.

We provide a structured two-week onboarding and training program covering safety, PPE, customer communication, containment, demolition, HEPA vacuuming, damp wiping, equipment cleaning, and our remediation process.

This is an entry-level position with an expectation of growth. Reliable, hardworking team members can advance into a Remediation Technician role topping out at $25/hour and a Senior Remediation Technician role topping out at $28/hour. Future opportunities may also be available in inspections, testing, and operations management.

What You’ll Do
