Job summary

Green Home Solutions is seeking a Mold Remediation Technician to inspect client spaces, discuss remediation options, and inform them of next steps. You will work on residential and commercial spaces, applying moisture control, disinfection, and safe remediation techniques.

The role requires reliable transportation, physical stamina, and strong customer service. On-site duties include setting up equipment, moving air movers and dehumidifiers, and communicating results to clients.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal skills.
• Professional manner and team oriented.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Loads/unloads supplies/equipment into and from vehicles, cleans and returns materials and equipment to proper storage areas.
• Drives and operates a company van equipped with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to the work site.
• Assists in placing air movers and dehumidifiers in proper room locations to remove moisture from carpet, upholstery, and air.
• Performs basic demo tasks—cutting drywall, removing baseboards, and various flooring material, sprays fungicide and other materials.
• Provides exceptional customer service, treats property and contents with respect and care and brings any issues or customer concerns to the job leader.
• Follows proper safety practices, wears personal protective equipment as appropriate (gloves, respirators, Tyvek Suit) while working.
• Maintains clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and job site

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience and/or certifications in the disaster restoration industry a plus but not required.
