Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in manufacturing, equipment reliability, or continuous improvement.
• Internship/co-op/project experience in manufacturing is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn Process Safety Management (PSM) and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Support reliability and capital improvement projects for long-term performance and maintainability.
• Learn plant operations, manufacturing processes, and critical equipment systems.
• Assist with root cause investigations (RCAs) to identify failures and implement solutions.
• Participate in plant reliability initiatives to improve equipment performance.
• Develop understanding of maintenance KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Support efforts to improve equipment uptime and asset performance.
• Provide technical support for equipment modifications and site projects.
• Learn and apply OSHA, ASME, NFPA, and PSM standards.
