Job summary

Primient is seeking an entry-level Reliability Engineer to support plant reliability initiatives and capital projects. The role provides early responsibility, exposure to various processes, and opportunities to learn maintenance and reliability principles in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or related field, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn Process Safety Management (PSM) and reliability practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; December 2026 or May 2027 graduations preferred.

Responsibilities

Support reliability and capital improvement projects for long-term performance.
Assist root cause investigations to identify failures and implement solutions.
Participate in plant reliability initiatives to improve equipment performance.
Learn maintenance and reliability KPIs and continuous improvement efforts.
Provide technical support for equipment modifications and site improvement projects.
