Job summary

Gorilla Glue is seeking an entry-level scientist to provide technical and administrative support for planning, implementing, and monitoring consumer and product testing. You will collaborate with brand marketing, sales, formulation, and research teams to ensure studies run smoothly per regulatory guidelines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–3+ years of related experience, with a focus on Good Clinical Practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, biochemistry, chemistry, biology, cosmetic science or a related biological discipline.
• 1–3+ years of direct work experience in a research discipline (clinical testing lab experience preferred).
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (21 CFR Part 50).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study discussions and meetings with brand marketing, sales, and research teams to define study objectives and develop study plans.
• Prepare study-related documents including protocols, informed consents, and waivers.
• Recruit, screen, and coordinate study visits; collect data and perform measurements.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain study documentation, train personnel on instruments, and assist with data analysis and reporting.
