Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and 7-year background check (no felonies accepted).
• Ability to push, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots and appropriate work attire.

Responsibilities

• Operate shredding and chipping equipment to process recyclable materials.
• Manually move and handle heavy materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Attend all scheduled shifts and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
