Phaidon International, a multi-award-winning talent partner, is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in New York. You’ll receive world-class training, build expertise in specialist markets, and start with a strong base plus uncapped commissions from day one.

From day one you’ll develop client relationships with hiring managers, identify top talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You’ll leverage tech and data while your expertise drives outcomes and growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Development

From Fortune 500 giants to the fastest-growing start-ups, from day one you'll build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across your specialist sector. Negotiate agreements, understand their talent needs, and become their go-to talent partner.

Candidate Engagement

Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals. Pick up the phone. Make connections. Build a pipeline of exceptional talent through proactive outreach and genuine relationship-building.

End-to-End Process Management

Own the full recruitment cycle, from introductions and interviews through to offer negotiation and post-placement support. You'll be the person both sides rely on to get it right.

Embrace Technology and Data

We equip our consultants with best-in-class tools and data to work smarter and move faster. You'll use technology to identify opportunities, track market trends, and sharpen your outreach - but it's your expertise and relationships that turn insight into results.
