• Support recruitment by organizing candidate information and scheduling calls between providers and recruiters.
• Specialize in designated provider specialties and regions to meet client demand.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals to support staffing needs.
• Contribute to daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
