Job summary

gpac is seeking an enthusiastic, results-oriented individual to join our team in Kansas City. No recruiting experience is required as we provide training, tools, and support to help you achieve your earning goals while placing candidates with top clients.

You will build relationships with clients and candidates, source and screen talent, and assist in negotiations. This is a fast-paced role in a leading national executive search firm that values integrity and career growth.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
Effective negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
Call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
Conduct reference checks on candidates.
