GOTAFE in Royal Oak, Michigan is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and key market segments.

You will build relationships with industry contacts, perform customer service activities, and participate in community volunteering initiatives while contributing to sales-driven growth and referral networks.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after the hourly training period
• Raise to $55,000 base salary upon one year of employment

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000

Projected Sales Manager Earnings:
