Job summary

Aerotek, a leading staffing company within Allegis Group, is hiring a Recruiter in Minnesota. You will identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and partner with Account Managers to target accounts and market segments. You’ll also build relationships with industry contacts, generate referrals, and perform customer-service duties.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
