Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Recruiter in Wyomissing, PA. The role focuses on identifying, screening, and interviewing candidates, while partnering with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. Strong relationship building and customer service skills are essential.

In this position, base salary starts around $45,000 with weekly commissions and potential increases to $55,000 after one year, plus performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include health plans, 401k, PTO, and more.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
