Job summary

Aerotek in San Francisco is seeking a Recruiter who will identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and skill sets. You will build relationships with industry contacts, generate referrals and sales leads, and perform customer service tasks.

The role also supports philanthropic initiatives and community involvement. The position offers a base salary of $70,304 with weekly commission and a comprehensive benefits package, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in recruiting for corporate or agency roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $70,304with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
