Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter in Emeryville, CA to identify and screen candidates, coordinate with account managers, and build client relationships. The role offers a base salary with weekly commissions and opportunities for advancement within a global talent-solutions leader.

After one year, base pay increases and continued earning potential is tied to performance. Benefits include health, vision, dental, HSA/401k, and generous PTO and parental leave.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $70,304 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $75,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.
