Aerotek, a leading staffing provider, is seeking a Recruiter to identify and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries. You will partner with Account Managers to target key accounts, cultivate relationships, and generate referrals and sales leads, while handling customer service tasks.

The role offers a structured career path with performance incentives. Base salary starts around $55,000 with growth potential and weekly commissions.

As a Recruiter you will…

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.

• Perform various customer service-related activities.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $50,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $60,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

• Year 1: $55,000
• Year 2: $81,000
• Year 3: $107,000
