Job summary

Aerotek, part of Allegis Group, is seeking a Recruiter in the United States. You will identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and partner with Account Managers to target accounts and key market segments.

Let’s talk money and perks: base salary of $55,000 with weekly commission; after one year the base rises to $65,000 with continued earning potential and incentives. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, 401k, and 20 days of paid time off.

• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

As a Recruiter you will…

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $55,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $65,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

• Year 1: $60,000
• Year 2: $86,000
• Year 3: $112,000
