Aerotek, part of Allegis Group, is seeking a Recruiter in the United States. You will identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and partner with Account Managers to target accounts and key market segments.

Let’s talk money and perks: base salary of $55,000 with weekly commission; after one year the base rises to $65,000 with continued earning potential and incentives. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, 401k, and 20 days of paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to target accounts and market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and leads.
• Provide customer service-related activities and support.
