UEC is hiring for a Recruiter role in Indiana. You will identify qualified candidates using various sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with the Account Manager to target top accounts and key market segments.

You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, perform customer service tasks, and participate in community volunteering partnerships. The role supports internal advancement along recruiting and sales career paths.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience collaborating in a team environment.

Responsabilidades
