Responsibilities

• Phone screen candidates to determine qualified applicants.
• Utilize recruitment resources to fill open positions across Pennsylvania.
• Maintain recruitment database with candidate notes and credentials.
• Develop plans to source hourly consultants.
• Conduct interviews (in-person or video) and gather needed information.
• Complete onboarding paperwork accurately and expeditiously.
