In this critical role for Kaleidoscope, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and retaining the top-tier talent of local Allied Healthcare and Education Professionals. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for seeking out qualified Allied Healthcare and Education Professionals throughout the Arizona market. Searches, phone screens, and video interviews and MS Teams meetings will all be conducted from our office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with extensive outreach (phone, email, text), speaking with new people frequently and will have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questioning. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned quotas.

Working Conditions

Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds is sufficient to cause distraction.
Considerable stress may occur at times due to the pressure of meeting service requirements.
Hours of work: 8:30a to 5:00p; must fulfill the duties of the position regardless of the number of hours worked. May vary depending on current recruitment projects. See offer letter for assigned hours. May be changed at any time based on changing company needs.
Performing these duties on a full-time basis is an essential function of this position.

The role is Full-Time, eligible for PTO and other benefits, and is NOT a remote position.
