Qualifications

• No prior real estate experience required; full training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through networking and referrals.
• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and presentations.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Develop and maintain a client pipeline using CRM tools.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Stay current on local market trends and MLS listings.
