Qualifications

• Real estate license required.
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation and prospecting to build a pipeline.
• Attend trainings and team meetings.
• Conduct lead follow-up until an appointment is set with a listing or buyer’s agent.
• Maintain relationships with homebuyers via calls and email to drive repeat business.
• Evaluate the team’s progress by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports.
• Manage inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into clients.
• Use CRM to keep customer data up-to-date for the team.
