Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required.
• Sales experience with a commission-based earning potential.
• A valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and prospect for new clients.
• Attend trainings and team meetings.
• Follow up with leads until an appointment is set with a listing or buyer’s agent.
• Maintain relationships with homebuyers via phone and email to drive engagement.
• Produce monthly/quarterly sales reports to track progress toward goals.
• Manage inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into clients.
• Use CRM to maintain up-to-date client information for agents.
