BK Behavior in Harrisonville, MO is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a devoted clinical team. The role focuses on delivering one-on-one ABA services to children and supporting independence through evidence-based interventions.

Positions are part-time with flexible hours; same-day pay and opportunities for professional advancement are offered. Training is provided and you will work closely with BCBA supervision to help clients achieve their individualized goals.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
