Job summary

Heartland ABA in Harrisonville, MO is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, support independence, and implement individualized care plans under supervision.

No experience? Paid training is provided. We offer flexible hours, same-day pay, and opportunities to advance within our supportive clinical team as we help children with Autism achieve meaningful improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and support children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
