BK Behavior in Independence, MO is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions and supporting client progress.

We offer part-time positions with flexible scheduling, Same Day Pay, and pathways for BCBA schooling partnerships, plus a collaborative clinical team and opportunities to earn referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
