Job summary

Behavioral Innovations Richardson Treatment Center is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver clinic-based ABA therapy to children. The team provides paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

The clinic operates 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time is preferred; part-time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and record data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction; participate in team training and supervision.
