Job summary

Hopebridge in Richmond, IN is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role focuses on building skills, communication, and school readiness under BCBA supervision.

You’ll work with children on the autism spectrum in a caring clinical setting, with opportunities for growth through our on-the-job training programs. Expect a weekday schedule, competitive hourly pay ($16.80–$20), paid RBT certification, a professional development stipend, and access to health

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Work with children to foster skill acquisition, functional communication, and peer interactions for school readiness.
• Celebrate victories and help families celebrate milestones.
