Heartland ABA is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clients' homes or community locations. The role supports evidence-based interventions and works with a dedicated clinical team to implement care plans.

Ideal for individuals starting in ABA, with a high school diploma and a willingness to learn. No experience required; paid training is provided, and opportunities to advance exist within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as part of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
