Qualifications

• No experience necessary; must have patience and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for child safety.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
• Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins.
