Job summary

Jobologi, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Radiology Image Library Associate to support the Radiology Department and enhance the patient experience. You will work with patients, doctors, and staff, gaining exposure to EHR and PACS systems.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling imaging release requests, uploading studies, triaging calls, and maintaining follow-up worklists, all while ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and communication skills; accurate documentation and medical terminology proficiency.
• Must have good computer skills to navigate multiple IT and radiology-centric systems.
• Able to multitask in busy periods with accuracy and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients for imaging procedures.
• Process imaging release requests and prepare requests for pick-up or mail-out.
• Upload external imaging studies into the EHR; create orders as needed.
• Triage calls, report critical results, and document communication.
• Manage follow-up worklists and patient/provider communications.
• Assist with de-identification of imaging data for research.
