Job summary

Jobologi seeks an Entry Level Radiology Image Library Associate in Blue Bell, PA. You will support patient experience and radiology workflow by handling records, imaging uploads, and communication with providers.

You will gain exposure to EHR and PACS systems while working with doctors and staff to maintain efficient operations. Mon-Fri 9:00am–3:00pm, on-site role in Blue Bell, PA with preferred related degree.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and documentation accuracy required.
• Strong computer skills across multiple IT and radiology systems.
• Able to multitask under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn new procedures quickly and compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients for imaging procedures.
• Handle imaging records requests by phone or mail; prepare requests for pick-up or mail-out.
• Ensure all forms for release of imaging records are completed before release.
• Upload external imaging studies to the EHR and create orders.
• Triage calls to reading room; report critical results per SLA and document communications.
• Manage follow-up worklists and track resolutions.
• Load patient images for weekly conference reviews.
• Import images/reports from outside providers and transfer them with proper documentation.
• Support legal requests and de-identify imaging for research.
• Monitor fax workflows and resolve failed faxes; update contact details as needed.
