Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s) indicated below in the Certifications, Licenses and Registrations section.
• Must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly with patients, physicians and colleagues.
• Proficient in operating hospital information systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiology procedures including X-Ray exams and Fluoroscopy, with OR support.
• Provides direct assistance to physicians during diagnostic and special procedures, including maintaining sterile technique.
• Communicates essential information to patients and families with clear, compassionate guidance.
• Follows ALARA and radiation safety standards to protect patients and staff.
