Thelen Auto Group is seeking a Quick Lane Technician to join our service team in Michigan. This entry-level role offers on-site training and a clear path for advancement within a family-owned, regional dealership group serving the Great Lakes Bay Region since 1977.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/automotive aptitude required.
• Willingness to learn and perform jobs successfully.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine oil changes, tire rotations, bulb replacements and inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow directions from the Service Manager and Fixed Operations Manager.
• Communicate vehicle status with team members.
• Finish work safely and accurately; set goals for efficiency.
• Follow dealership rules and regulations.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean before returning to customer.
• Help achieve customer satisfaction in the work you do.
• This job entails working Saturday hours.
