Job summary

Thelen Audi VW Mazda Auto Group in Michigan is hiring a Quick Lane Technician. This entry-level role includes on-site training and a clear path for advancement within our Service Team.

You will perform routine maintenance, maintain a clean area, follow directions from the Service Manager, communicate vehicle status with the team, and help ensure customer satisfaction. Weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/automotive aptitude required.
• Ability to perform jobs successfully.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Routine oil changes, tire rotations, bulb replacements, and inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow assignments from the Service Manager and Fixed Operations Manager.
• Communicate vehicle status with team members.
• Set goals to finish work efficiently, in a safe and accurate manner.
• Understand and follow the dealership rules and regulations.
• Make sure that the vehicle is as clean as it was before it came in.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in the work you do.
• This job entails working Saturday hours.
