Rogers Group, Glade Hill, VA, is hiring for a General Utility Operator on a full-time day shift. Training is provided for entry-level candidates, with higher pay for skilled heavy equipment operators. Overtime, strong medical and retirement benefits, and belt-line maintenance tasks are included.

Responsibilities include operating skid steer and loader, cleaning production areas, and assisting with plant operations. Safety and team collaboration are emphasized with extensive on-site support.
