Qualifications

• Experience with the Corrective Action process (8D).
• Lead and support quality improvement projects with suppliers to reduce PPM, warranty claims, and production rejects.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools, such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagrams.
• ISO 9001 or IAT16949 audit experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support quality improvement projects with suppliers to reduce PPM, warranty claims, and production rejects.
• Utilize 5 Whys and Ishikawa diagrams for root cause analysis.
• Maintain and apply ISO 9001 or IAT16949 audit standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints; understand manufacturing processes.
