Northeast Paving is seeking a Quality Control Technician Trainee in Northfield, MA. This hourly, entry-level role is designed for someone with a strong attention to detail and a desire to learn the paving trade.

• Entry-level position; willing to train.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–2 years of science or laboratory education is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Test aggregate and asphalt to control quality of hot mix production.
• Learn test methods including DOT regulations.
• Document QC test results and develop corrective recommendations.
• Calibrate lab equipment and conduct equipment testing.
• Prepare QC reports and assist with other duties on site.
