ManpowerGroup is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support quality testing and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will perform laboratory analyses, document results, and provide quality data to guide process decisions.

Entry-level candidates with laboratory or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply. This role offers Day and Night shifts with overtime possibilities and a strong emphasis on accuracy and data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months to 1 year of laboratory testing experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, quality control, GMP, or production experience.
• Experience with QC inspections, documentation, and data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Collect production line samples at designated times.
• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of samples.

• Monitor and document product quality, instrument performance, and production issues.

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking Laboratory Technician candidates to support quality testing and production operations through accurate laboratory analysis, documentation, and process support.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with entry level laboratory, quality control, or manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic production environment.

Available Shifts

DayShift

6:00AM - 6:30PM / $18.50/hr

Night Shift

6:00PM - 6:30AM / $21.00/hr

Must be available to work a 12-hour schedule, overtime, and additional hours as required.

What You'll Do

• Collect production line samples at designated times
• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of samples

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Ability to work safely while wearing required PPE
• Ability to coordinate movements quickly and accurately in a high-production environment
• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility required
