Job summary

ALPLA, a global leader in sustainable packaging, is hiring at its Marked Tree, AR facility. Join a hands-on quality and data-focused team responsible for product and process verification, data management, and nonconforming product handling.

Entry-level roles welcomed with on-the-job training, safety emphasis, and opportunities for growth. You will conduct bottle testing, perform routine quality checks, complete COA reviews, and support problem-solving activities such as RCAs.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-1 year with physical lab testing equipment preferred.
• Skills: basic computer skills, ability to work with others, good decision making with minimal supervision, multitasking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Knows ALPLA bottle terminology and conducts bottle testing according to customer specs.
• Performs routine quality checks and completes equipment verifications.
• Performs line clearance processes and documents quality activities (COA review where applicable).
• Manages internal and external defective products and participates in root cause analyses (RCA).
• Maintains data integrity and supports data management tools and basic statistics.
