Qualifications

• Education: minimum education of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience with physical lab testing equipment, preferred.
• Skills: computer basics, passing ALPLA assessment scores, ability to work well with others, good decision making with minimal supervision, ability to multi-task, good organizational skills.
• Certifications/Licenses: NA

Responsibilities

• Product & Process Verification: Knows ALPLA bottle terminology; conducts bottle testing and understands customer specifications; performs routine quality checks; completes equipment verifications.
• Quality Systems & Documentation: can properly complete paperwork and standards (basic); can complete COA review and preparation.
• Data Management & Analytical Tools: understands statistics basic and/or intermediate as required by location.
• Nonconforming Product & Problem Solving: manages internal and external defective products; understands AQL and sampling plans; participates in RCAs.
• Performance Metrics: On-time completion of training; Pass Gauge R&R evaluations; Acceptable data integrity audits; Ensures Accountability; Drives Results.
