Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years in QC, laboratory, manufacturing, or other detail-driven environment.
• Peptide, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or compounding exposure a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable visual/color acuity for cake and vial inspection.
• Comfortable reading and executing controlled documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, inspection criteria) exactly as written.
• Legible, disciplined documentation habits and basic computer/data-entry skills.
• Able to work in a controlled manufacturing environment, including gowning and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished vials against the NHS visual QA reference and cake-appearance categories.
• Identify and flag defects and segregate suspect vials from good stock.
• Distinguish expected product characteristics from true defects and escalate findings to QA.
• Perform in-process checks and record results against specifications.
• Support residual-moisture, pressure, and cycle-completion verification checks.
• Support incoming material inspection and quarantine of lots; verify labeling and paperwork.
• Record environmental readings and flag excursions; log routine cleaning and line-clearance checks.
• Pull representative samples and maintain chain-of-custody.
• Document data per ALCOA+; QA retains disposition authority.
