Responsibilities

• Reviews applications to determine eligibility for appointments and examinations.
• Assists in writing routine examination questions and performing item analyses.
• Assists in position classification by reviewing questionnaires, duties statements and desk audits.
• Assists in compiling raw data for further analysis and use.
• Assists in preparing standard training courses and recruitment lectures.
• Assists in writing class specifications for titles and reviewing specifications.
• Assists in evaluating tuition reimbursement claims and conducting exit interviews.
